We had some family over for a little lunch. I didn't take pictures of any of the food except this...my pineapple upside-down cake. I got the recipe from my Joy of Cooking, and let me tell you, it's heavenly. The cake has very little flour in it and has the texture of pound cake. And the gooey caramel on top is scrumptious!
Uncle Tuan came, but he wasn't feeling well, so I didn't get any pictures of him. Uncle Nick and Aunt Gerri came with the cousins. We had a nice lunch.
After we ate, though, the real fun began!
We broke out the bubbles, and even the big cousins jumped around trying to catch them.
I love the Gymboree bubbles. They last forever!
And, of course, we have to have tickling around my house.

Finally, it was time to say goodbye.

The kids had a great Easter, I think! And I'm going to spend the rest of the week recuperating.
